Mayor Bob Foster and City Manager Pat West released their proposed city budget and recommendations.  I know that the Mayor and the City Manager's team have worked extremely hard on the 2011 budget.  Once again the city will have to make some tough choices, but I am confident that by working together we will ensure a balanced and responsible budget.
