Submit Your Letter of Support:
Keep Long Beach Together

The California Redistricting Commission is placing as much weight on written letters of support as with live public comment. As you are aware, the Commission heard your comments in April and the maps were drawn keeping the city of Long Beach whole and not breaking it up.

However, last week the California Redistricting Commission held a meeting on the proposed lines for the state Senate, Assembly and Congressional districts. Due to a move by a few politicians, the Commission cut Long Beach into three separate districts, dividing your voice and resulting in inconsistent and unrepresentative representation.

We strongly urge you to submit your letter below (again if you did so in April) and we will send a message to the Commission asking them to keep the City of Long Beach whole in the redistricting process.

Thank You
